Draft Proclamation No. 00/2013 on the Re-establishment of the Executive Bodies of Addis Ababa City Administration
Considering that it is necessary to reform the organization of the city administration to fully discharge the powers and functions conferred upon it by the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Amended Addis Ababa City Administration Charter Proclamation No. 361/1995 (as amended); Considering that it is necessary to properly organize the executive bodies of the city administration so that the city administration can provide the services it offers to the residents in an equitable, transparent and fair manner; Considering that it is necessary to make the changes that are taking place in our country and our city effective, sustainable and institutional; The Addis Ababa City Council has issued this proclamation under Article 14 Sub-Article (1) (a) of the Amended Addis Ababa City Administration Charter Proclamation No. 361/1995 (as amended).
