This team is established as a core division under the Office for the Construction of Mega Projects, in accordance with City Administration Regulation No. 110/2012. Its mission is to effectively utilize resources obtained through government budget allocations, city administration support, and partnerships with private investors (including Joint Ventures [JV] and Public-Private Partnerships [PPP]) to ensure that projects are completed within the assigned timeframe, cost, and quality standards, and become operational in a well-organized and structured manner. By leading projects with strategic planning, the team aims to create employment opportunities, foster technological transformation, and ensure that the community benefits from the developments. It focuses on enhancing the institution’s foundational IT infrastructure, network systems and connectivity, software and software systems, portals and websites, mobile applications, and also managing the institution’s information security and physical surveillance systems (security cameras) with proper administration, monitoring, and problem-solving to deliver continuous services. Accordingly, beyond delivering fast and modernized services through technological support and digitization, the team is actively engaged in comprehensive reforms aimed at reducing procedural inefficiencies and building the institution’s dual-capacity to align with its broader strategic objectives.
