During his presentation, Ato Demissew emphasized the importance of time as a limited resource, urging participants to recognize its value in both their personal and professional lives. Conversely, mastering time management results in better efficiency, focus, and the ability to meet and exceed expectations.

Ato Demissew provided practical tools for time management, such as setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, eliminating distractions, and creating daily schedules. He also emphasized the importance of self-discipline and taking regular breaks to avoid burnout. "Time is the one thing that, once lost, can never be regained. Therefore, managing it well is a key factor for success," he noted.
