On December 30, 2024, a compelling Monday Knowledge Sharing Session took place, centered on the theme "Professionalism and Collective Contribution to Project Success." The session was led by Engineer Tadele Dendena, the Team Leader of the Contract Administration Directorate. Engineer Tadele’s presentation focused on the importance of professionalism and how each individual’s contribution plays a vital role in the overall performance and success of a project.

In his presentation, Engineer Tadele emphasized that professionalism is the foundation upon which effective project execution rests. He stressed that the way individuals carry themselves—through their work ethic, adherence to standards, and communication—directly impacts the overall performance of the team and the project. "Every team member, no matter their role, has a unique contribution that is critical to the success of the project," he stated.

He further discussed the interconnectedness of each person’s efforts within a project, explaining that no matter how big or small the task, it contributes to the larger goal. He urged his colleagues to recognize their responsibility not only for their specific tasks but also for how their actions influence the project's broader objectives. According to Tadele, "When everyone brings their best and operates with professionalism, the entire team benefits, and project success becomes inevitable."

Engineer Tadele concluded by encouraging everyone to take ownership of their roles, maintain high standards of professionalism, and continually support each other in achieving the collective goal. He reminded participants that, when each individual’s effort aligns with the team’s purpose, the results are always greater than the sum of the parts.
