In continuation of efforts to ensure the success of large-scale construction projects in Addis Ababa, the Finance and Administration Division of the Mega Projects Construction Office organized a motivational knowledge-sharing session titled "Work and Life Balance". The session, held before the start of work hours, focused on the importance of achieving a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.

The knowledge-sharing session, facilitated by the office’s leadership, aimed to inspire employees to find harmony between work and life, emphasizing that success in the workplace is not only dependent on professional achievement but also on maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

During the session, leaders from the Mega Projects Construction Office, along with the management team and staff members, actively participated in discussions, highlighting the significance of managing time and energy efficiently to achieve both career goals and personal fulfillment.
