In line with ongoing efforts to ensure the success of major construction projects in Addis Ababa, the Finance and Administration Division of the Mega Projects Construction Office hosted an impactful motivational session. The session, led by Eng. Etinesh Abebe, Head of the Division, focused on the critical importance of managing egos within a collaborative work environment.
