On February 24, 2017, Addis Ababa, a crucial Monday Knowledge Sharing Session was held under the theme "Self-Reflection and Decision-Making Accountability." This session was organized by the Business Development and Project Research Directorate of the Mega Projects Construction Office.

The session was led by Ato Yilkal Tezana, a professional city engineer, who shared invaluable insights on the fundamental values required for individual growth and leadership. Ato Yilkal emphasized that self-reflection is not only essential for personal development but also critical for one’s ability to make informed decisions that contribute to effective leadership.

During his presentation, Ato Yilkal highlighted the role of self-reflection in the decision-making process, asserting that this personal skill is fundamental for those who wish to grow as effective leaders. He noted that making sound decisions requires a balance of understanding personal values, being accountable, and maintaining consistency.
