17- Empowering Inclusion: Fostering Diversity in the Workplace
As part of the Addis Ababa City Administration’s Mega Projects Construction Office’s ongoing efforts to foster a more inclusive and informed work environment, the Human Resource Management Directorate hosted a knowledge-sharing session focused on workplace inclusivity and empowerment. The session was presented by Acting Director W/ro Nawai Mengistu.
